Job Description:

• Research and study design trends, support trend updates
• Develop product design concepts
• Research different types of materials and colors to guide design direction
• Work and communicate with processing units to develop graphics and test sample progress for leaders
• Coordinate and support with pattern makers to complete the pattern sample stage
• Provide feedback on accessories and materials accompanying your design drawings
• Create technical specifications according to samples for design drawings

Job Requirements:

• Have aesthetic sense and creative thinking
• Passion for fashion and quick grasp of bag fashion trends
• Ability to proactively contribute and present opinions
• Have teamwork skills and ability to work independently
• Eager to learn and proactive in absorbing knowledge is an advantage
• Know how to sketch ideas (fast sketch)
• Good drawing skills
• Able to feel fabric materials
• Knowledge of drawing software and Photoshop is an advantage

Eligible Candidates:

• High school students, students studying design, final-year students majoring in design-related fields, or recent graduates
• Additionally, those who intend to study while working to gain experience and have more time to learn about design

Policies (Allowances):

1. Salary from 6-8 million VND (can negotiate salary according to capacity)
2. Holidays: 200,000 VND/holiday (SPECIAL for April 30 and May 1 holidays: 300,000-500,000 VND)
3. Working hours: 8am-12pm, 1:30pm-5:30pm. Work Monday to Saturday (Sunday off)
4. 13th month salary

Professional Ethics:

• Be proactive in work
• Handle situations promptly or adjust designs if needed
• Do not copy other designs. Not allowed to use stock vectors
• Designs must not be used for any other purpose
