Nghi Son Cement Company (NSCC) is a joint venture company between Vietnam Cement Corporation (Vicem) with two Japanese multinational corporations, Taiheiyo Cement (TCC) and Mitsubishi Materials (MMC), the Company was established on April 11, 1995. In July 2000, Vietnamese and Japanese staff brought Japan’s largest investment project in Vietnam, including the Main Plant in Thanh Hoa province and Distribution Station in Ho Chi Minh City along with the official sales system into production and business operation.
In 2007, the 2nd production line of the Main Plant and Distribution Station in Khanh Hoa province began construction. In April 2010, the 2nd production line was officially completed, raising the total capacity of the Main Plant to 4.3 million tons/year.
