IKamper Rooftop Tent

Discover a Completely New Camping Space on Your Vehicle Roof

Have you ever dreamed of sleeping under a starry sky without worrying about insects, wildlife, or damp ground? The IKamper rooftop tent is the perfect answer for free-spirited adventurers. This is not just a tent — it is a symbol of modern lifestyle, where technology meets nature.

May Hop Phat is proud to be a pioneer in bringing this advanced camping solution to Vietnam’s outdoor community. With over 10 years of experience in outdoor travel equipment, we understand our customers’ needs for a durable, convenient, and reliable product.

Revolutionary Hardshell Design – Expand Space in Just 60 Seconds

Breakthrough ABS Hard Shell Technology

The first distinguishing feature that makes the IKamper tent superior to traditional products lies in its exclusive hardshell design. The outer shell made from premium ABS plastic not only effectively resists impact but also provides absolute protection against storms and intense sunlight.

The automatic hydraulic gas-strut system allows you to open the tent effortlessly. Simply unlock the safety latch, gently push up — and voilà! A 5m² space appears right before your eyes. The process is so smooth that even a woman or child can do it without any special strength.

600D Polyester Fabric – An Impenetrable Fortress

Three-Dimensional All-Weather Protection

If you’ve ever woken up in the middle of the night because rain seeped into your tent, you’ll understand why 600D polyester fabric with PU 3000mm+ coating is the most valuable feature. This level of waterproofing is impenetrable even in the heaviest rainstorms.

Thermal-welded seam technology ensures there is no weak point on the tent surface. Every seam, every corner is carefully treated to create a perfectly unified waterproof structure. Additionally, UV-blocking coating protects your skin from harmful sun rays while also extending the lifespan of the fabric.

Smart Ventilation System

Vietnam’s hot and humid climate requires an effective ventilation solution. Four large mesh windows are scientifically positioned to create natural cross-ventilation. During the day, you can open all windows for fresh airflow. At night, the multi-layer mosquito mesh still ensures safety without reducing comfort.

6061 Aerospace Aluminum Frame – Strength Through Lightness

Aerospace Material Technology

Did you know that the 6061 aluminum alloy used in the IKamper tent is the same material used to build aircraft and spacecraft? This is no coincidence. The aerospace aluminum frame perfectly combines outstanding durability with ultra-light weight.

With a load-bearing capacity of up to 400kg, you can comfortably have the whole family sleep inside the tent. The structure is carefully engineered to ensure even load distribution with no weak stress points. Even in strong winds of level 7–8, the tent remains firmly in place.

Insulating Composite Base Panel

The tent floor is made from multi-layer waterproof composite material, which not only prevents moisture but also provides effective thermal insulation. On cold highland winter nights, this layer keeps the interior warm. Conversely, during hot summers, it prevents high temperatures from the vehicle roof from transferring inside.

Comprehensive Safety System – Sleep Soundly at Height

Anti-Slip Telescopic Aluminum Ladder

The retractable specialized aluminum ladder is an important detail that many people overlook. With 6 steps covered in specialized rubber anti-slip material, you can climb up and down safely even in rain or with wet feet. A dual-lock system ensures the ladder does not wobble or collapse suddenly.

Steel Cable and Secure Anchor Hooks

Four steel cables are attached to the tent corners and secured to the ground with specialized alloy anchor hooks. This is an important preventive system in bad weather conditions. Even when strong gusts hit, the tent maintains its stable position.

Optimized Interior Space – As Comfortable as Home

Flexible Floor Area

With 5m² of floor space when expanded, the IKamper tent comfortably accommodates 2–3 adults with personal luggage. The 130cm sitting height allows you to sit up comfortably without restriction. This is the ideal size — not so large that it wastes fuel when driving, yet spacious enough to avoid feeling cramped.

Smart Storage Compartments

Inside the tent are 6 multi-purpose hanging pockets for storing your phone, flashlight, power bank, and other small items. Each pocket is designed with the appropriate size, making it easy to retrieve items even in the dark. LED light hooks are positioned at the center, providing even light throughout the space.

Simple Installation – Compatible with a Wide Range of Vehicles

Universal Rack System

May Hop Phat provides a universal roof rack frame compatible with most popular SUV and pickup truck models in Vietnam. From Ford Ranger, Toyota Fortuner, Mitsubishi Triton to luxury vehicles like Land Rover or Mercedes GLS — all can easily mount the IKamper tent.

The simple installation process consists of three main steps:

• Attach the roof rack bar to the vehicle’s anchor points
• Place the tent on the rack and secure with bolts
• Check stability and adjust position

The entire process takes approximately 30–45 minutes with basic tools. Our technical team is always ready to provide free installation assistance at the showroom or offer detailed guidance via video call.

Easy Maintenance – A Lasting Investment

Cleaning and Storage

After each trip, simply wipe the fabric surface with a damp cloth and air dry naturally. Premium polyester fabric repels dust and is easy to clean without harsh detergents. Every 6 months, check connection points and bolts, and lubricate zippers to ensure smooth operation.
