Depending on the condition of the tear in the fabric, there might be a cost for repair. In the case of having alternative materials, we will use the materials for repair while still ensuring the quality of products.
Warranty Exclusions and Limitations
Products not manufactured by Hop Phat.
Expiration of warrants (the warranty period starts from the date of product/warranty card receipt).
The product having been modified and changed by others.
The products damaged by natural disasters, accidents, etc.
The products damaged during its use.
The process of warranty
Should you discover any defect in products, please kindly contact us, and we will collect all the defective ones. (For customers in Ho Chi Minh City, there is no charge for collecting faulty products. As for customers in other areas, please kindly use transportation services to return defective products).
We will conduct a Quality Control process after receiving defective products, and then start repairing them in compliance with the contract terms
After the completion of the repair process, HP will contact you to deliver the repaired products. For customers in Ho Chi Minh city, you can visit us to receive the products, or we will deliver them to you. We will get the transportation service provider to deliver repaired products to you
Replacement/Repair Period
The replacement/repair period for defective products is 10 to 12 days. In case the repair period exceeds 20 days or a large number of products need repairing, we will contact you for discussion.
